Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and independent personality, as well as strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist clients in navigating the company's online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Monitor client feedback and work towards continuous improvement of services. 5. Participate in regular meetings to discuss client needs and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
