Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist clients with navigating our online platform and resolving any technical issues - Provide guidance on products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot and escalate any complex client issues to the appropriate department - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - Confident and resourceful with excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities and creative problem-solving skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online client support or a related field - Proficiency in using online platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
