Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking an experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer care representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through online channels - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolution - Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve customer care processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a team to success
