Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Success Assistant at Comcast in Abu Dhabi, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues or feedback about our services. Your goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience with Comcast and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Educate customers on available products and services that can enhance their experience - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Hardworking and willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries - Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting preferred
