Online Customer Support Associate

Job description:

Newell Brands is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings through regular follow-ups and surveys - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or online support - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Innovative and creative mindset to find solutions and improve processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
