Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Owens-Illinois in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our company and ensuring the smooth functioning of our online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including website, social media, and e-commerce channels - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience - Support the development and execution of online marketing campaigns - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall online operations effectiveness - Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date online content

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Persuasive and able to influence others effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
