Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Gap is looking for a dynamic and innovative Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage online communities and engage with followers to build relationships and loyalty - Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Gap products and initiatives

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in social media management - Passionate about digital marketing and social media - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to changing trends - Strong innovation and creativity in content creation - Excellent people management skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficient in social media analytics tools and metrics - Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus
