Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide information about products and services - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for website navigation and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and recommend solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in customer service and online chat support - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable to changing priorities and schedules - Energetic and able to remain positive under pressure - Innovative thinker with strong negotiation skills - Proficiency in relevant software and online tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
