Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Graybar Electric is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day operations of the company from a remote location - Assist with order processing, inventory management, and customer service tasks - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
