Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Anixter International is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their product orders.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide professional and courteous service. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Utilize persuasive and negotiation skills to upsell products and increase sales. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality. 9. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. 8. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
