Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to work remotely from Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for hardworking and resilient individuals who possess excellent time management and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a professional and efficient manner - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customers - Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills
