Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a passionate and dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through chat support. 2. Assist customers with insurance policy inquiries, claims processing, and general account information. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. 5. Utilize creativity and analysis skills to problem-solve and address customer concerns effectively. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and quality of service. 8. Stay updated on insurance products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of insurance policies and terminology is a plus.
