Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Sempra Energy is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to work from home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, possess strong research skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Proactively identify client needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends - Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
