Remote Client Relations Representative

Mubadala Development Company is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and confident, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and organization.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and recommend solutions or products that best fit their requirements - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products to clients - Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
