Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

First American Financial is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an Associate level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and updates - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables are met - Identify new business opportunities and participate in client presentations - Provide feedback to management on client needs and trends in the industry

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
