Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

NetApp is seeking a talented Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 3 years of experience at the Associate level. As a Remote Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience - Provide support for virtual meetings and online events - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Uphold NetApp's standards of confidentiality and privacy in handling client information

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and propose solutions - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
