Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a high level of resilience and resourcefulness, as well as strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client projects - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Resilient and resourceful attitude towards challenges - Emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in a team environment
