Marathon Oil is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to work from home in Dubai. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Manage and update client account information in our database - Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction - Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client communication and follow-up - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and reliable with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent people management and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
