Job Description:
Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance is seeking a skilled Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client support and management. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional support through various communication channels - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction - Coordinate with different internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Develop strategies to optimize client retention and engagement - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Meet KPIs and goals set by the company to drive business growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client support and management, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and independent personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Cooperation and attention to detail soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
