Job Description:
R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with exceptional support and service.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client satisfaction and performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and confident in dealing with clients - Proven track record of innovation and planning in client support - Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
