Remote Client Support Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team at Flydubai. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location in Dubai.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with booking flights, managing their reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Providing information on Flydubai's services, policies, and procedures - Collecting feedback from clients to improve our services - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills to communicate effectively with clients - Attention to detail to accurately assist clients with their needs - No prior experience required, as we will provide training and onboarding for the right candidate
