Remote Client Support Representative

Envision Healthcare Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, and possess strong critical thinking and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Educate clients on the company's products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with clients - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
