Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a part-time Entry Level Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, assisting them with any questions or issues they may have. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills - Excellent strategic planning abilities - No prior experience required; we will provide training - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
