Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide assistance and support to customers with their queries or issues. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Requirements: 1. Reliable and passionate individual who is willing to learn and grow within the company. 2. Strong adaptability and creativity to come up with innovative solutions for customer inquiries. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
