Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at S&P Global in Dubai. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and live chat messages. You will provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally - Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner - Providing information about products, services, and company policies - Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong strategic planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
