Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Anthem is looking for a passionate and dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries through online chat - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptability and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction
