Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role is part-time and at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping up to date with product information and promotions - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
