Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Cigna in Dubai is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, have strong project management skills, and be able to work cooperatively with others.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, and in person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Provide information about products and services, as well as company policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Resilient and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism - Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Cooperates well with others and has a positive attitude
