Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description: Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote work setting. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 6. Planning and organizational skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
