Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services 2. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to better serve customers 8. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field 3. Resourceful and independent with the ability to work well under pressure 4. Strong adaptability and negotiation skills 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
