Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong critical thinking abilities. 6. Persuasive and able to effectively influence others. 7. Visa sponsorship required. 8.
