Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Conduct customer research to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input - Meet and exceed customer success metrics

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent teamwork and research skills - Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
