Job Description - Customer Support Officer

As a Customer Support Officer at Performance Food Group in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and growth. 5. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 6. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to management. 8. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and be resourceful in problem-solving. 4. Teamwork attitude and strong people management skills. 5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
