Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: HollyFrontier is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a resourceful and passionate personality. In addition to strong communication skills, the candidate should also exhibit creativity and excellent time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful mindset and a passion for helping customers - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
