Job Description - Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Humana is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Use empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions. 3. Work independently to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate cooperation with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.


Requirements: 1. Passion for customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations. 2. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members. 5. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to a remote work environment. 6. Must be computer literate and proficient in using live chat software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training or certifications a plus.
