Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Hershey in Abu Dhabi. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts for our company. This role requires strong experience in online account management and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess excellent negotiation and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts for the company - Maintain relationships with online retailers and e-commerce platforms - Monitor and analyze account performance metrics - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online account performance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure online account goals are met - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with online accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online account management - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Adaptability to changing online market dynamics - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
