Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant


Job Description:


CBRE Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support. The successful candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, order status, and any issues or complaints they may have - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and insights


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong presentation skills - Experience in using customer service software and tools - A positive attitude and a strong work ethic - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
