Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative


Job Description: Thermo Fisher Scientific is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are motivated, innovative, and have a strong attention to detail. This part-time role will involve providing exceptional customer support to our online customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and any other inquiries they may have. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our online support services. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer problems. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other online customer support tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
