Online Operations Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Online Operations Associate to join our team at Southern in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and execute online operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the website - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online campaigns and promotions - Analyze website performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements - Manage online orders, shipments, and inventory levels - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Support the online sales team with data analysis and reporting - Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's products and services - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of online projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience in online operations or e-commerce is preferred
