Job Description:
Textron is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our online customer support operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users. This position is part-time and requires a senior-level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of online support specialists, providing guidance and coaching as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the online support process. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online support services. 6. Oversee the development and maintenance of online support platforms and tools. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. 8. Develop and implement training programs for online support specialists. 9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 10. Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot technical issues affecting online support services.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in online customer support or related field. 2. Proven experience managing a team of support specialists. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 6. Creativity and strategic planning skills. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
