Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Owens & Minor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various operational tasks and processes within the company. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze data and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and recommend solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence - Provide project management support for various initiatives and tasks - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operations - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Must be driven and independent, with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously - Excellent analytical skills and experience in project management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
