Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Dubai Duty Free in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations - Monitor and analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement - Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve organizational goals - Create strategic plans for operational growth and development - Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met - Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and laws - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the day-to-day operations - Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proven ability to adapt to change and work independently - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
