Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a dedicated and driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback - Analyze social media metrics and report on the performance of campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in social media management - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
