Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description:


MetLife is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support team, ensuring efficient and effective support services to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position at an Associate Level.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team meets performance goals. 2. Monitor and analyze support operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency. 3. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless communication and workflow. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations of support team members and provide feedback and coaching as needed. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities for reporting and analysis purposes. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve service offerings.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 2. Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with confidence. 6. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer support software. 8. Life insurance industry experience is a plus.
