Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Sanmina is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or remote assistance role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with a high level of emotional intelligence and a flair for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. 3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. 5. Collaborate with other support officers to share best practices and improve overall team performance.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer support or remote assistance role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Familiarity with remote support tools and software is a plus. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
