Support Representative

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serving as the main point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing solutions to their problems. 2. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on client needs. 3. Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. 4. Assisting in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures. 5. Providing training and support to new team members as needed. 6. Conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Contributing to corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Excellent project management and cooperation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6.
