Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Officer to join our team at McDonald’s in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, promotions, and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with customer service software and web chat platforms - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
