Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Dubai Islamic Bank is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to assist with inquiries, issue resolution, and product/service information - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving - Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and resolution times - Utilize resources to enhance customer experience and streamline processes

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and cooperation skills - Ability to communicate effectively via written chat - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time hours - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
