Web Chat Representative - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team at Xerox as a part-time remote worker based in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team - Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations - Leadership qualities to guide customers through the resolution process - Experience working remotely and using web chat platforms - Must have a dedicated home office with a reliable internet connection - Must be comfortable working independently and managing your own time effectively
