Job Description:

Al Ghurair Group is seeking a talented Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels. You will interact with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Drive sales and promote products or services through chat conversations - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in typing and multitasking
